This machine is the mechanically horizon-down triple-roller coiling machine. It is capable of preflex since the bottom roll can be adjusted horizontally. The top roll moves up and down vertically between the two bottom rolls. The two bottom rolls move horizontally at a horizontal position. The ascend and descend of top roll result from the turning of screw rod and screw worm, and the horizontal movement of the bottom rolls result from the turning of the screw rod and nut. Driven by motor, reduction box, transfer case and cardan joint, the two bottom rolls rotate to provide torque for the plate-reeling. Preflex of the steel plate end can be realized.
