It's of a symmetric triple-roller structure, with the upper roll moving up and down vertically at the central position between the two lower rolls, which is enabled by the hydraulic oil inside the hydrocylinder acting on the piston rod. It’s a process of hydraulic transmission, with the two lower rolls rotating to provide torsion for plate-reeling through the meshing of the decelerator's output gear and bottom gears. There are multiple groups of rollers below the two lower rolls to improve the rigidity of the lower rolls and conduct vertical adjustments; there are rigid crossbeams above the upper roll. There are multiple groups of rollers between the crossbeam and the upper roll to improve the rigidity of upper roll; which is suitable for reeling extra-wide circular arc-shaped parts. 1. The synchronized ascend and descend of both ends of the upper roll are controlled by a numerical control system with high accuracy of synchrony; The numerical control system is developed on our own which is at a leading position in China and has the functions of screen display, reeling calculation, program control, technological parameter storage, software-based protection and false alarm, and man-machine conversation, etc. 2. Combined with related moulds, it can conduct plate bending and swaging to meet various demands of customers.
