The structure is symdraulic three roller,the upper-roll can move both vertically and horizontally, and meanwhile has the double functions of preflex and ring-bending. The upper roll is in the shape of a drum, the lower roll has additional rollers by adjusting which a wide range of high-precision products, from thin plates to thick ones, can be produced. The NC control can be realized, with only one simple and reliable operation to largely improve efficiency. An additional tapering reel enables rolling of work pieces with a great taper. The upper roll's vertical and horizontal displacements will be displayed digitally, and the displacements are clear and distinctive.
